Groups are offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM, and are based on Minnesota Department of Corrections', "A New Direction: A Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Program." This program is a flexible, evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) curriculum that treats addiction in justice-involved clients and is proven to reduce recidivism. This curriculum is 25 weeks long, with a maximum of 10 personnel.

Friday mornings group is held between 8:00 AM - 12:00PM. This group uses a CBT curriculum developed by U.S. Department of Justice National Institute of Corrections, entitled "Thinking for Change." This is a 26 week closed group, with a maximum of 10 personnel.
